We are a vibrant team dedicated to promoting multi sports-Cycling, Skating, Hiking ,Running ,Water sports-Rowing, Kayaking, swimming.

We also run a cycling /Multisport Kids club for boys and girls under 15 years who are keen on harnessing their sports ability.

We run cycling classes, Skating classes and Cycling as a path to lose weight programs. This is what we do best.

Every day, We have adventure tours on bikes or Hikes thus our name Bike it or Hike it.
